Hartford HealthCare invites you to join us for Walk to Wellness, a monthly community education series presented in partnership with Westfarms Mall.

We will make a pretty 3D coffee paper mug, perfect as a decorative gift box.

Pairs perfectly with next week's Adult Take-and-Make: Coffee Bean Soap. 

Mr. Mike is back at the library to keep you swinging and swaying!  This program for ages 1-6 with their caregivers will have both kids and adults singing along and dancing to the music.

 Have fun getting to know the ABCs! This early literacy program focuses on the alphabet by introducing children to a different letter of the alphabet each week through stories, music, and a craft.

Come play with some toys at the Barney library. Open play time with our toys! Drop in, no registration required. Ages 1-5

Let’s move and groove together in the Library! We will read a fun book and do some dancing. We will meet in the Gallery upstairs at the Barney. This is a drop in program.

Sign up to join us at the Barney Library to create some ABSTRACT ART! We will provide the canvas and paint supplies, you come with your creativity. Register to let us know you're attending. 

This program is for art lovers!  We will start off with a story which will weave into our art project.  Today's theme: Spring sun catcher!

Take our Legos and your imagination and what will you build? Creations will be on display for 2 weeks after the program. Duplos available for younger builders. 

Stop by the Teen Space after school to paint a memory box to hold photos, movie tickets, letters--whatever you wish!

Do you love LEGOS? Join us for LEGO games, activities and time to do what you love most with LEGOS...build!  

For children ages 7-12 who have gone through "Learn to Knit" with Miss Paula.  No registration required. 

Learn to Knit.  This beginner program is best suited for kids ages 7-12.  We will provide needles and yarn to begin.  Let's knit a project together!

Join us for an hour of knitting! Whether you are a seasoned knitter or are picking up needles for the first time, you'll find a supportive group focused on the love of craft and the creative process.

Come relax and enjoy a spa day at the library! This event is a collaboration between the Children’s Services and Teen Services departments so we will be meeting upstairs in the Teen space.  

Transform plain white tiles to a customized photo coaster to hold your drinks! Attendees will be able to make and take home one customized photo coaster.
