Join us at the Barney Library for a special showing of The Color Purple (2023, rated PG-13). 

Feel free to bring a blanket or pillow to sit on, water to drink, and light snacks to enjoy.

Three local poets will launch their newest poetry collections on Saturday, November 30, 2024, at 1:00 PM, in the Hoppin Gallery at Barney Library. An open mic will precede the readings. Everyone is welcome!

In collaboration with the Farmington High School Generations Club: Enjoy an afternoon with freshly brewed coffee and great company.

This special craft hour happens every other month at the Barney Library. From tie-dying, scrapbooking, soap making and mindful doodling, each session we revisit a classic or try something new. It's all about having fun!

We are getting into the holiday spirit by making cinnamon-scented ornaments. They smell amazing and look just like gingerbread. We will be including a 3D printed gingerbread man cookie cutter for you to use.
