The New Year is a time to create a clean slate. Nirav Sheth longtime meditator is back to conduct a series of quick meditation sessions to help you begin the New Year with calm and inner peace. He has been inspiring audiences on how to practice and learn this very simple technique which provides many benefits. Begin this New Year with a fresh start.
Brief Bio
He is the Founder and President of Stratosphere, a consulting firm whose mission is to help individuals and businesses reach new heights. It provides life planning and life coaching services for individuals and strategic planning and marketing services for businesses. Prior to that he has 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, primarily at Medtronic, one of the world's largest medical device companies, including leadership roles in general management, marketing and program management. Nirav has a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He has 10 patents and 11 publications in scientific journals.
Nirav has been conducting meditation classes at Smiths Medical, Medtronic and other venues in the Minnesota area as well as in different parts of the country for 10 years. He has been practicing meditation for over 15 years. He lives with his wife and two children in the Minneapolis area.
