Week Calendar

We will try the pour paint method in beautiful blue shades on terra cotta planters. We'll include the paint and materials, even a cardboard box to contain the mess! A perfect project for your indoor plants.

Drop-in program.

This high-energy music and movement class will have us dancing and laughing!  We'll start with a story and then move to the music.

Let’s move and groove together in the Library! We will read a fun book and do some dancing. We will meet in the Hoppin Gallery upstairs at the Barney. This is a drop in program.

Come craft with us in the Maker Space. Meet other crafters at this in-person monthly tutorial. Learn what our equipment can do without having to know how to use any of it!

At Silent Book Club, there's no assigned reading. All readers are welcome it's BYOBook (or browse the Barney Library shelves!). Settle in for an hour of silent, sustained reading. At the end of the hour, attendees can socialize—or not! 

Decorate your cookie with an edible paint palette with Elle's Sugar Shoppe!!! After creating your masterpiece, you can take your cookie home or eat it here at the library.

Meet up at the Barney Library Lawn and get ready to catch some Pokemon! Get those kilometers in and stop by some Pokestops! We will meet on the Barney Lawn and start walking around 3:50 pm.

After 34 years of service to the Farmington Libraries, Miss Trish will be retiring on September 5th.  We are incredibly sad to see her go, but with the best wishes for her next chapter we're throwing her a retirement party!  Stop by any

This program will give you the basics to start knitting. We will go over casting on, knitting, and purling as well as a new skill each session! This is a basic program that will give you the tools to keep moving forward.
