Spring is here and we're making decorative felt calla lilies. 

For babies ages 0 to 12 months with their caregivers. Registration required; registering for one class registers you for the whole session.  

A fun-filled half hour for child and caregiver featuring books, fingerplays, and lots of music.

This high-energy music and movement class will have us dancing and laughing!  We'll start with a story and then move to the music.

Let's kick off National Poetry Month with some blackout poetry at the Barney Library.  

For three-year-olds and their caregivers. Registration Required; registering for one class registers you for the whole session. 

This session we will explore Spring themes while practicing our early Science concepts.

Let’s move and groove together in the Library! We will read a fun book and do some dancing. We will meet in the Gallery upstairs at the Barney. This is a drop in program.

In Pint-Sized Picassos we share a story and explore a different art medium that will aim to focus on both early literacy and fine motor skills. Caregiver must accompany their child.

Come create your very own no-sew sock bunny to take home and love.  We hear they love being read to! 

Ages 3-6. Each week we’ll watch a picture book come to life on our projector screen, followed by coloring or craft time!

Drop by the Teen Space after school to write a note of appreciation to your school librarian for school librarian appreciation day! The letters will be collected and delivered or mailed.

Camila Parias, soprano and Hideki Yamaya, vihuela (ancestor of the modern guitar) explore villancicos, romances, and sonetos of 16th-century Spain by composers Luys Milan, Luys de Narvaez, Alonso Mudarra, and Miguel de Fuenllana.
