Terrific Twos is designed for the child who will be 24 months old at the start of the session. We will build early literacy skills through the use of books, rhymes, finger play and songs.
Let’s move and groove together in the Library! We will read a fun book and do some dancing. We will meet in the Hoppin Gallery upstairs at the Barney. This is a drop in program.
In this program children ages 3-5 will have the opportunity to explore and create music using their voices, bodies, and percussion instruments. Each week we will learn about music through stories, songs, and crafts.

Local resident and retired educator, John Sherman, is bringing his love for one of our oldest board games – “The Game of Kings!” - to the Farmington Library. Beginners through advanced are welcome.
This program will give you the basics to start knitting. We will go over casting on, knitting, and purling as well as a new skill each session! This is a basic program that will give you the tools to keep moving forward.
