Living Youthfully Forever, Physically and Spiritually 

May is National Meditation Month! Join Dr. Matthew Raider (geriatric medicine), who will discuss the research on the anti-aging aspects of exercise, diet, supplements and meditation. He will also present the scientific aspects of consciousness and how meditation can unlock it.

Bio


Matthew Raider, MD, is a clinical physician and coordinating director of the Geriatric Teaching Program in Family Medicine at Middlesex Hospital in Connecticut. He has been practicing meditation for over 30 years. Dr. Raider is a physician with a strong interest in meditation and its relationship to health.
