Summer Salad Cooking Class:  A Delicious Way to Enjoy the Summer Harvest

Think beyond simply greens.  Summer vegetables and fruit can be transformed into beautiful and delicious salads of all types, including heartier grain and dinner salads.  Cook along with Vanessa Young of Thirsty Radish as we make a Mediterranean quinoa salad with a flavorful dressing, or simply watch the process and make the dish later.  Learn new ways to enjoy the summer harvest as we explore methods of preparation, ingredient combinations, and homemade dressings for colorful, tasty salads to satisfy you all season long.  An ingredient list will be provided in advance.

Please see the attached document for a list of ingredients. Additionally, the ingredient list and a recipe will be emailed to registrants prior to the class.

This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Farmington Libraries.
