Summer Mocktails:  Make a Drink and Learn the Art of Non-Alcoholic Mixology

Make a refreshing summer mocktail along with Vanessa Young of Thirsty Radish while learning the art of creating drinks, syrups, infusions, and edible garnishes.  During the class, she will show you how to create a flavorful non-alcoholic tea sangria perfect for sipping all season long.  She will share how windowsill herbs, garden produce, and farmers' market finds are the basis for the most delicious non-alcoholic drinks.

Please see the attached document for a list of ingredients. Additionally, the ingredient list and a recipe will be emailed to registrants prior to the class.

This is the first of a 2-part cooking series. Please register here for the Summer Salads demo.
