Come learn some simple techniques that will help you relax and feel calm when you’re feeling anxious, frustrated, unfocused, or if you just need a break! We’ll use music, art, simple stretches, breath work, guided meditation, and sensory aids to help you unwind and recharge! Reserve one of our mats or bring your own.
Registration is required. Open to ages 9-13.
