Dealing with stress?  We can help!

Join award-winning registered dietitian nutritionist Jill Patterson, RDN, for a workshop on how to manage stress.  Learn what stress is, how the body responds to stress, and how we can manage stress.  We will learn about a variety of tools for stress management, including nutrition, movement, and other modalities. 

Stress is very common today and can wreak havoc on our immune system, health, and well-being.  Learn strategies that will provide solutions for optimal stress management.

About the presenter:  Jill Patterson is a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer who has worked as a dietitian and has extensive experience in creating and implementing innovative nutrition and wellness programs.  Jill received a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.  Jill is passionate about helping people live their healthiest and happiest lives!
