The scientific community has recently been exploring the use of meditation as a healing modality. Join Clare Vidich, a long-time meditator as she discusses the extraordinary effect of meditation to reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration, and enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. She will also present a simple, time-tested, ancient, and effective meditation technique. There will be a short meditation sitting as well. Join Clare for this engaging and lively lecture.
