Introduction to Will Planning

The purpose of this seminar is to educate attendees so that they leave the seminar with a good working knowledge of Wills. The seminar will provide attendees with a good overview of the typical clauses of a Last Will and Testament and will also introduce attendees to special provisions and clauses that can be added to meet certain individual needs. The seminar answers important questions such as: Who needs a will and why? What happens if you die without a will? What conditions must be met for a will to be valid? How can I protect my Will from future attack? How and when should I update my will?
