Jackie Banasiewicz is a CT Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Grief Recovery Specialist with advanced training through the Grief Recovery Institute®.  With the lived experience of losing a sibling, parents and future hopes, dreams, and expectations from other loss events, she is well-versed in the concept of unresolved GRIEF (Guilt, Regret, Isolation, Emptiness, Fatigue). She has worked in community home-based, college campus, mental health agency, hospice, hospital, corporate, and private practice settings throughout her career and aspires to Engage and Inspire people to Engage and Inspire themselves as she leads them through a process to help them recover from what might sometimes feel like the unrecoverable events so that GRIEF can evolve into (Growth, Relief, Insight, Energy, Freedom).
