Museum Passes may be unavailable

We're excited to announce that our museum passes will be switching to a new platform called MuseumKey! In order to do so the ability to reserve museum passes will be experiencing some periods of downtime. If you have any questions about existing reservations please reach out to the Children's Department.

Event Details

The program will feature Broadway tunes, classical music, international folk dances, and classic rock songs, along with fascinating stories behind the music. Synergismus is the premier violin-cello duo of Southern Connecticut. Its members, Millie and Randy Calistri-Yeh, live in Killingworth and have been playing together for over 30 years in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Millie Calistri-Yeh is first violinist in the Connecticut Symphony Orchestra and the Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra (CT). She was previously first violinist in the Livingston Symphony Orchestra (NJ) and Penfield Symphony Orchestra (NY), and assistant concertmaster of the Finger Lakes Symphony Orchestra (NY). She studied violin at the Eastman School of Music under Stanley Chepaitis and Oliver Steiner.

Randy Calistri-Yeh is assistant principal cellist of the Connecticut Symphony Orchestra and the Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra (CT). He was previously principal cellist of the Livingston Symphony Orchestra (NJ), the Penfield Symphony Orchestra (NY) and the Finger Lakes Symphony Orchestra (NY). He is the founder of Custom Chamber Music, which provides custom arrangements of classical music.
