It isn’t easy to experience calm, healthy connections, and growth during such a challenging time, but it is possible. This presentation, followed by a Q & A, will start by identifying and normalizing common experiences of anxiety/stress during this uncertainty. You will then learn ways to manage this stress, improve your relationships at home and outside, help your kids manage their stress with healthy parenting techniques, and find ways to improve your overall well-being.
