Survive the Drive, in sponsorship by Auto Body Association of Connecticut (ABAC), presents a teen driver safety and automotive violence protect program for those wanting to ensure their teen's safety as new drivers. Many teenagers do not realize the hazards of everyday driving and the risks they face. SurvivetheDrive aims to bring awareness to young drivers and community members about the huge responsibility that comes with gaining the independence of driving, and to prepare them for the various dangerous driving situations that can occur. Both teens and adults welcomed!

SurvivetheDrive® is an independent, not-for-profit, 501©3 service. It is an evidence based driver crash preventative educational program primarily focused on new drivers.

The ABAC is dedicated to educating Connecticut motorists, enhancing the abilities and knowledge of its members, and promoting in all ways safe and dependable auto repairs. Through proposing and monitoring legislation, the ABAC endeavors to protect the best interests of consumers, its members and the collision repair industry.
