The Farmington Libraries will be closed Tuesday, December 31 & Wednesday, January 1.

Passport to CT Libraries 2022

To celebrate National Library Week during April, the Passport to Connecticut Libraries Program invites you to visit all of the participating Connecticut public libraries. Take the opportunity to explore each library's architecture, ambiance and collection.  The program is open to adults and children, encouraging you to explore the many different libraries in Connecticut.

To participate, visit the library to pick up your Passport. Show us your library card and we will stamp the Passport to get you started. You will receive a free token gift. Then, take your Passport along as you visit other participating libraries. At each visit, you must show your library card, and then the library will stamp your passport.

The Connecticut Library Association will be raffling off a total of four $150 gift cards, one for adults and one for children in each category. Category one: each participant who visits at least five libraries will earn a raffle ticket. Category two: each library will select the adult and the child who have visited the most libraries for submission to the Public Libraries Section. There will be a final "all libraries" raffle among the contestants who have visited the most libraries.
