The Farmington Village Green and Library Association is pleased to announce that Jocelyn Kennedy has been named Executive Director of The Farmington Libraries. She will begin her new role on September 5. As a Farmington resident, Jocelyn is eager to expand the mission of the libraries and will bring a passion for community and connection to the position.
Jocelyn most recently held the role of Executive Director and Lecturer on Law at the Harvard Law School Library. Prior to Harvard, she was the Director of Library Services at the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she managed all aspects of library facilities and staff.
The Library Board welcomes Jocelyn to the Farmington community. Residents will have the opportunity to meet her in the fall when she assumes her new position.
