Thanksgiving Closings
The Farmington Libraries will be closed Wednesday, November 27 through Friday, November 29 for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Children’s book author Janet Lawler is sharing her brand-new book, Walrus Song, with us!
The Main Library will be open Sundays, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM, January - April 2022 with some exceptions. Please check out the full list of dates below. We look forward to seeing you at the library!

Due to the rise in COVID-19 positivity rates The Farmington Libraries are making adjustments to our scheduled in-person programs and events.
A few programs will be cancelled, postponed or moved to virtual - keep an eye on our Event Calendar and your inbox for the latest changes.
Starting January 1st, Ancestry Library Edition access will no longer be available from home. You can access it through a library computer or if you are connected to the wifi at the Main or Barney Branch Library.
In addition to our wonder Kids Reading Resources page we wanted to share a number of other resources available for helping to pick great books for kids!
After a long slumber, Tinker is finally awake! Come to the Kids' Place at the Main Library to get a token and take a ride during the following hours:
Sundays: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM (starting January 9)
Mondays: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
In order to protect the health and safety of our patrons and staff, The Farmington Libraries require that all visitors to the libraries wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. If you do not have a mask, we will happily provide you with one.

Do you have a collection such as: Legos, stamps, sports memorabilia trucks, American Girl dolls, Pez dispensers, etc? The Kids' Place wants to know if you would like to highlight your collection in our showcase. You would need to fill a pretty big space with your collection!
