Mindful Self-Compassionate Practice Comes to Life

Angela Mazur and Theresa Nygren return to guide participants through a number of mindful self-compassion meditations. This will be an hour-long immersion into mindful self-compassion meditation practice. Mindfulness is the first step in emotional healing—being able to turn toward and acknowledge our difficult thoughts and feelings (such as inadequacy, sadness, anger, confusion) with a spirit of openness and curiosity. No experience necessary.
