On Thursday, October 1, the Farmington Library will host “Stress, Our Daily Companion,” a workshop on stress and stress management. This event will take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Main Library at 6 Monteith Drive.
We all deal with stress on a regular basis, whether it’s at work, during our commute, or at home. Persistent stress can have a negative impact on our health over time. Presenter Ellen Hyner will discuss stress, how it affects our health, and what we can do about it.
Ellen Hyner is a Certified Health Coach, having completed an intensive 18-month program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She specializes in aging gracefully.
