Remedy Winter Blues with Mindful Self-Compassion

Winter can be rough on our emotional well-being, but with mindfulness, we can get through the cold and dreary weather with greater ease! Mindfulness is the first step in emotional healing—being able to turn toward and acknowledge our difficult thoughts and feelings (such as inadequacy, sadness, anger, confusion) with a spirit of openness and curiosity. Workshop participants will walk away with new strategies for handling the doldrums of winter. This workshop will feature lecture and experiential aspects.
