Mindful Movement: Where the Joy of Movement Meets the Stillness of Meditation

Angela Mazur and Theresa Nygren return to guide participants through an experiential hour of participating in Let Your Yoga Dance combined with some time for guided meditation. Let Your Yoga Dance is a joyful and energizing session that will awaken your spirit and move your body. All are welcome. No experience of any kind is required. Wear loose and comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
