Line Dance for Fun

rcLnMEXpiOn Tuesday, October 13, Farmington Libraries will host a line dance lesson for beginners. This event will take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Main Library at 6 Monteith Drive.

Line dance is fun, great exercise, and a wonderful group activity. Receive an introduction to such popular dances as the Cha-Cha Slide, Lindi Shuffle, Cupid Shuffle and more!  Kick your heels up and join us! Adults, seniors, and teens are welcome. No experience or partner is necessary to participate. Please consider leaving sneakers at home. Leather sole shoes or boots highly recommended.

Instructor Sharyn Farrell has received professional ballroom dance training and is sensitive to the growing need for people to connect within themselves and with others in a fun, dynamic yet easy-going way.

This event is free and open to the public. Please register in advance for this program by calling the library at 860-673-6791, using the online registration form, or visiting the Information Services Desk.

The Farmington Library is part of the Farmington Village Green and Library Association.  If you have special needs to attend library programs, contact the library in advance.
