Have you ever wondered how to eliminate added sugar from your diet without having to skip dessert?  On Thursday, August 14, come to the Farmington Libraries to hear dietitian Anastasia Climan talk about the Secret Sugars in our foods. This event will take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Main Library at 6 Monteith Drive.

Did you know that one little bottle of “SoBe Green Tea” has as much sugar as 4 slices of Sara Lee Cherry Pie?! With this shocking presentation, you get Anastasia’s easy trick to calculate hidden sugars and become a savvy sugar sleuth.

Advanced registration is required for the program. Please register in advance by calling the library at 860-673-6791 or using this link.
