Angst is a 60-minute documentary project that looks at anxiety, it’s causes, effects and what we can do about it. With a particular focus on people under the age of 21, “Angst” features interviews with kids and young adults who suffer, or have suffered, from anxiety- and what they’ve learned about it. It also asks those charged with helping people manage their anxiety, and those who research its causes and sociological effects, about how best to deal with it when it rears its head.

This film was created by parents and educators who have a personal experience with Anxiety. They believe that by watching this film together as a community we can help normalize the conversation around Anxiety. Families, educators, students, employees and members of any community will benefit from this film (appropriate for age 10 years+).
