The Secret Sin of Opi is a psychological oriented novel of seven boys kidnapped and held for twenty-two years. It explores the theories of the Stockholm Syndrome, and the effects a mysterious lost child has on a family.

About the author: Peter D. Cimini, a Newington, Connecticut resident, turned to writing after retirement from his administrative position with the Newington Public Schools. He originally conceived the explanation of the Stockholm Syndrome to be a non fiction book, but quickly realized that only a work of fiction would enable him to present the true drama and tragedy of kidnapping and long term captivity.
